Success!

Well, mostly.
The game launched last night with bands, revelry and more than a few glitches, but nevertheless a good time was had by all (as far as I could tell through my haze of exhaustion at least).


Here it is, in all its semi-functional glory (on the first level, to shoot press spacebar once to load the bullet, then arrow key and spacebar together to direct and shoot the bullet). There is some AWESOME audio to go with it, but unfortunately it doesn't always work.


Here's some more art I did for it, not all of it making the cut in this version (which still isn't completely finished).

An attacked and exhausted Level 4 boss
Lower-range Level 4 enemies
And a yet-to-be-coloured walk cycle for Voice, which took way more time than it should have.
Still a fair way to go, if we're ever going to get this done, but I think, for now, we all need a break.
